In case anyone would like one, here is a typical Honda wiring diagram. I used my 2000 Honda Shadow Spirit VT1100C as a guide, but all Hondas (as well as other brands) use the same circuitry logic.

Being the ultra curious type, what do PR, PO, PL, and W mean in the diagram? Do to an injury to my left hand, I had to move the horn, turn signal, and hi/lo beam controls to the right side, utilizing standard rocker and push button switches, on my 2007 VT750DC Shadow Spirit. For the turn signals, I have a 6-pin DPDT On-Off-On illuminated rocker switch. The signals work fine but I'm trying to figure out how to make the stock amber running lights operate like they did with the factory switch shown in the lower right of your schematic. See attached pics of switch.

PO is the hot for the Running lights.
I believe that in the USA the amber lights are constantly on. So if you want to indicate a direction change Running Light Right (PR or lightblue and white wire) has to be turned of, so it can start blinking the right trough the light blue wire.
PL is Running Light Left. Same as for the right but in orange orange/white.
In Europe the running lights arent a requirement amd can ne left unplugged.
Indicating direction right means right running of, left running on, and blinker right on.

W is the live too, but for blinkers.
W comes from the blinker relay.(grey wire)
PO comes from whatever is drawn next to the blinker relay. (Brown and white wire)

In europe the running lights arent a requirement so i have no clue what the other element is. Its attached to the fuses though. Probably a relay too ?

I believe the Pl and PR is park light left and right on the front since they have to turn off when the turn signal contacts are switched on. The PO looks like the battery power in, but not sure why it's called PO.
The W is the power from the fuse through the turn relay into the switch. Maybe it means "WINKERS" ???
