New guy here just got a 2003 shadow 600vlx with 6k miles on her she has bent fork tubes on her and i wanted to know what year forks can be used on my bike,and can i only use forks off the 600 or can i use 750 forks? Any help would be app.

use google and figure out what mm your tubes are, go from there.

I did a quick look, and the basis of what I found is based on wiki says the VLX is also known as vt600c. If that is incorrect, stop reading. If correct, read on.
I went to this place, and found the part number:
OEM Parts : Babbitts Honda Parts House
The part seems to be: 51400-MBS-701
Then, I googled that part number, and partzilla showed this list of bikes that use these forks:
51400-MBS-701 FORK ASSY., R. FR.
Then, I found this:
