Does this seafoam work good and do I pour it straight in the fuel tank or what.

Do a quick search of the forums, and you'll find that it's endorsed by many, many folks on this board. (Including myself.)
I've had excellent luck using it as a fuel stabilizer...
And yes, you just add it to the gas, as per the instructions.
