It slips and it's not oil related, or hydraulics problems in the clutch master cylinder, it will need to be replaced.

If you don't beat your bike to death, I suspect the clutch could easily last 100k miles, very few reported clutch replaccments on this forum for bikes that aren't thrashed.

 

basically, your clutch is gone when it won't move you forward without slipping. Mileage isn't an issue...well, it is...but your mileage is still WAY low for normal problems. Most times, it is either riding the clutch or using the wrong oil that wears out a clutch.
