On your forks,,do they have little coverings on them? Just pry them out with something thin,,I believe allen bolts are behind them.. .of course this is from my crystal ball as your post didn't give a lot of info. ;-)

Pinch Bolt? On the front fork axle?

 

Sorry guys, I was a little frustrated last night... yes it's the front axle pinch bolt. I couldn't get it figured out, guessing there is a cap on top of that allen screw that doesn't show up in the manual.
Frustrating day, frustrating evening working on the bike. Thought I had my dents filled in my tank, started sanding and the bondo fell out... wow....
Gave up on that, tried to pull the front wheel and lets just say things didn't go well there either... center stand rolled out... dumped the bike-no damage, thankfully, tins are almost all off.

 

Wow that called for a double shot and a hunny to care for it.

Allen bolts are there they are metric heads too. Yes stander tools fit but dont try it or your day will go bad. And yes covers are there. And bondo is a bad thing on hot muggy days it will take a good week sometimes before it really hold well if the days above are here.

Get yourself a metric set of allen sockets. You'll thank me later. TSC has a decent set that is cheap.

@ Ace... yeah, it's that kind of day here South of Hell... err... in South Texas. 100' with 95% humidity, very little wind at times....
Gonna try to use a really thin screwdriver to pry out those caps tonight. That would be a major victory for me.

 

you need a micro-screwdriver. Tape up the shaft, so it don't nick up the circumference of the round recess. Put the chrome caps somewhere easily to find. Give the chrome caps a second push, insurance push, when you install them back on the socket bolts.
